She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank Redding and Patricia Agnes Lannigan Redding. She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Robert Bell, Jr.; her daughters, Kimberly Jones (Kenneth) of Camden, NC and Tracie Babcock of Shiloh, NC; her grandchildren, Jason (Lauren), Cassi (Russell), Anna and Frank; her stepgrandsons, Luke and Travis; her great grandchildren, Lylah and Archer; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryry, Autumn and Elias; and her siblings, Deborah Mathis and Frank Redding, Jr..
