A celebration of her life will be held at a later date at First Baptist Church & family gathering for burial at Union Grove Baptist Church in Seagrove, NC, due to the pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to Happy Hearts, First Baptist Church, 1000 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro.
