Jackson, Jr. (Rachel) of Norfolk, Virginia, Yvonne Mullen (David) of Elizabeth City, Brenda Wynn (Edward) of Elizabeth City, Nora Staten (Wade) of Elizabeth City, Gail Harris of Elizabeth City, Linda Jackson of Elizabeth City and Cynthia Mullen (Donald) of Newport News, Virginia; his aunt Janet Brooks of Lathan, Maryland; his mother-in-law Doris Williams of Camden; his brother-in-law Jarvis Abbott (Ruby) of Elizabeth City; and his nephew William Sawyer (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
