He is survived by: his wife Susan Myers; his daughters, Meredith Smith (Brandon) and Amber Myers; his grandchildren, Emma, Grace and Tyler Smith; his sister Linda Patrick (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Diane Myers. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
