We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, Judith S. Abbott of Camden, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Steltzner and Mildred White Steltzner. She is survived by: her spouse Omega Clark "O. C."; her daughters, Melissa Ferrell (Danny) and Kelly Johnson Archer of Currituck, NC; and her stepchildren, Andrea Abbott Houghtaling (Michael), Greg Abbott (Liz) and Hal Abbott (Terri) of Garner, NC. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and several cousins.
