With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Davies Hester (Camden, North Carolina), born in Williamsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 23, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Jessilyn Davies Sterlinske. She is survived by: her spouse Bill; her children, Carol and Bill; her granddaughter Mary Hester of Boulder, Colorado; and her stepgrandchildren, Donald, Shawn and B. J. Ewing of Carthage.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Christ United Methodist Church, 410 N. Holden Road, Greensboro, NC 27410 or to the charity of one's choice.
