He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Elizabeth Bingaman Breaux; his children, Colleen Breaux Gibbs (Matt) of Bluffton, SC and Delves Peter Breaux, III; his wife Jessica of Elizabeth City, NC; his grandchildren, Katelyn Gibbs, Delves Breaux, Elizabeth Breaux, Kiersten Gibbs, Emily Breaux and Peter Breaux; and his great grandchildren, Eli Brown and Raegan Hicks.
