He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Worden and Lucy L. Worden (Lane); his son Craig; his brothers, Richard and Jim; and his great grandchild Layne.
He is survived by: his spouse Joretta Jane "Jeri" Worden (Long); his sons, Chuck (Tracy) of Iowa and Kevin (Dee) of Camden; his siblings-in-law, Bill Long (Gina) of Texas, Betty Illingsworth of Indianapolis and Betty Worden of Anderson, Indiana; his grandchildren, Brandi (Pat), Greg, Jarred (Jamie), Christina, Kory, Tabitha, Cassidy (Chelsea), Jason, Dustin (Cory) and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Angeline, Peyton, Justen, Emma, Nicholas, Teagan, Waylon, Hannah, Brooklynn, Paisley, Eli, McKenna, Serenity, Tatum and Maisey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
