Cesil and Lillian Lockhart; his grandparents, John and Blanche Cesil; his wife Joyce; his children, Denise Cason (George), Charles Cesil (Katharine) and Wendy Curling (Hugh); his grandchildren, Sara Cesil, Christin Cason, Justin Miller (Candice), Sheena Thorn (Nathan), Lori Neirle (David), Ethan Cason (Katie), Caitlin Curling (Dylan Monroe) and Carey Cesil Curling (Britney Mollison); his great grandchildren, Caleb, Dakota, Mattox Cesil, Levi, Liam Lane, Leah Grace Thorn, Allie, Sadie, Tenley Neirle, Waylon Miller, Canon and Adelyn Cason; his children, Robert, Lori Cesil, Randy Cesil, Rob, Sam, Maci, Carson Cesil, Travis, Heather, Hannah and Haley Freeman; and his siblings, Judy Sparrow (Buddy), Claude W. Cesil, Jr. (Laurie) and Robert M. Cesil (Kerry). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
