He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Hara and Bonnie O'Hara (Weihonig); his sister Deborah O'Hara; and his pet Stone. He is survived by: his wife Olive; his daughters, Wendy Gorham, Jennifer Thornbloom (William) and Sarah Horswill (Tony); and his stepdaughters, Lisa Shwier (Chris), Tina Harris (Brian) and Barb Straight (Mike).
