He is survived by: his children, Frank Nelson Shepherd, Jr. of Leland, NC, Patricia Ann Hill (Walter) of St. Paris, OH, Deborah Lee Simpkins (Roger) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Kathleen Marie Phillips of Calabash, NC; his grandchildren, Sharon, Seth, Scott, Rachael and Abigail; and his great grandchild Kayla.
