He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Sr. Rutowski and Rosanna Rutowski; his wife Theresa Rutowski; his brothers, Robert Rutowski and Thomas Rutowski; his son-in-law John Pero III; his grandson Christopher F Pero; his children, Debra Pero, Donna Rutowski, Frank Rutowski III and Annie Gilden (Bob); his grandchildren, Heather Pierson (Kenneth), Michael Pero (Amber), Nicholas Spindler (Angela), Justin Spindler (Emily), Ryan Rutowski (Stephanie), Meghan Rutowski, Damian Allen (Lauren), Brandon Allen, Zachary Allen, TJ Gilden and Connor Gilden; his great grandchildren, Christopher B Pero, Michael Pero II, Samuel Pero, Alyas Pierson, Ezekiel Spindler, Addie Spindler, Jaxon Spindler, Thea Spindler and Chase Allen; and his sister Kathleen Accardi (Michael). He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces.
