It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Louise Shuman (Calabash, North Carolina), who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband James Shuman, Sr.; her children, Angela Elliott (Bob) and Jim Shuman, Jr. (Annemarie); her grandchildren, Brittany Platt (Richie), Melissa McIntosh, Sara McIntosh, Mattie Shuman, Jacob Shuman and Abbey Shuman; and her sister Betty Lou Modlin. She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society, or First United Methodist Church of Mount Gilead.
