She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ware and Arline Wentworth Ware; her husband LeRoy Tillson Jr.; her siblings, Kenneth, Sherman Ware, Marjorie and Evelyn Ware; and her daughter-in-law Bonny Tillson.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Tillson of Buxton, Leroy Tillson (Deanna) of Embden, Susan Whitney (Wayne) of Standish, Kathy Ehrenborg (Michael) of York and Marjorie Latuscha (Gary) of New Gloucester. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
