He is survived by: his wife Lutricia Quidley; his children, Carolyn Renae Gaskins (David), Jack Edward Quidley, Jr. (Lisa) and Melissa D. Bower (Ryan); his stepdaughters, Angie D. Walls and Trisha Walls; his grandchildren, Christan L. Stowe (Michael), Megan D. Smithwick, Howard Kyle Smithwick, Victoria M. Caldwell, Jack E. Quidley III, Hailey Renae Quidley and Chandler Cox; and his siblings, Michael D Quidley (Karen), Brenda Quidley and Tony Quidley. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
