She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Haislip and Grace Haislip (Herbert). She is survived by: her children, Pamela Costenbader (Chris), Wendy Riopel (Rick) and David Moir; her grandchildren, Erin Costenbader Holden (Josh), Adam Costenbader (Jayme), Marshall Moir and Michelle Moir; and her great grandchildren, Henry Holden, Hazel Costenbader and Oliver Costenbader.
