It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Jaggers Bailey of Butner, North Carolina, born in Millville, New Jersey, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kennith Jaggers. She is survived by: her husband William S. Bailey; her sister Nickala Kay Russo (Damien); her niece Genevieve Marie Russo; her nephew Thomas Charles Russo (Marissa); and her great-niece Hazel Sage Russo. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
