He was predeceased by: his father Aubrey R. Adams; his wife Linda E. Adams; and his sisters, Audrey and Ann. He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Dempsey (Pat); his children, Carol Pruitt, Tonya Martinez (Rogelio) and James "Chris" Adams (Sheila); and his grandchildren, Justin Pruitt, Kevin Martinez, Briley Adams, Makayla Adams and Kierston Adams.
