He is survived by: his wife Peggy O'Neal Williams; his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Shull (Joseph) and John "Ryan" Williams (Kristie); his grandsons, Walker Shull, Webb Shull, Wyatt Williams and Hayes Williams; his brothers, James Williams, Roger Williams, Millard Williams and Paul Williams; his stepbrother Roger Williamson; and his sister Christina Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
