With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zula Mae Wheeler Woody (Burnsville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Wheeler and Allie Fox Wheeler; her husband Justice "JC" Woody; and her siblings, Nora Bell Brown and Isaac Wheeler. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Yancey County Humane Society at PO Box 1016, Burnsville, NC 28714.
