She was predeceased by: her parents, George Woodby and Edith Bryant Woodby of Byrd Branch; her husband Glenn Davis; and her brother Fred Woodby. She is survived by: her son Gabriel Davis Woodby; her siblings, Elizabeth Woodby Caudill (Allen) and Ted Woodby (Anne) of Conover; her sister-in-law Donna Woodby; her stepdaughter Abby Davis (Alex) of Marion; and her stepgranddaughter Penny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Yancey Funeral Services (378 Charlie Brown Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
