He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hilliard and Marie Hilliard; his wife Sarah Hilliard; his brother Nickey Hilliard; and his brother-in-law Eugene Jarrett.
He is survived by: his daughter Shanna Hensley (Chadd); his grandchildren, Nick Silvers (Summer) and Maddie Silvers; his stepgrandson Drew Hensley; his stepsons, Josh and Travis Garland; his siblings, Lou Etta Jarrett, Rickey Hilliard (Suzy) and Johnny Hilliard (Diane); and his close friends, Kathy Ledford, Wanda Briggs, Kenneth Briggs, Earl Honeycutt and Stephanie Whitson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
