She was predeceased by: her parents, Walla Williamson and Luemealure Benjamin Williamson; her husband Rev. Jethro Burns, Sr.; her daughter Evetta Burns; and her siblings, Hezekiah Williamson, Lula Hall, Lether Hendrix, Samuel Williamson, Harriett Williamson and Ruth Ward.
She is survived by: her children, H. Joyce Foster, Jethro Burns, Jr. (Hyacinth) and Georgette Burns; her grandchildren, Dionne Inman (John), Damali Foster-Smith, Monifa James, Iman Nisbett (Ruby) and Niya Bowman; and her sisters, Mary Davis, Katherine Wyatt and Annie Armstrong. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
