He is survived by: his children, Terry J. Peterson (Marcella) of Burnsville, Teresa P. Ward (Allen) of Burnsville, NC and Lisa P. Shuffler (Brian) of Erwin, TN; his grandchildren, Brittany Bowman, Tamara Arrowood (Michael), Chelsey P. Whitfield (Joshua), Joshua S. Peterson and Noah T. Peterson; his sister Pansy Hagie of Kingsport, TN; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Asher Arrowood and Colson Whitfield.
