Norman Evans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020, at the age of 88, Norman Evans of Burnsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol Evans and Leilah Riddle Evans of Burnsville, NC.; his sister Mary Louise Evans Mumpower; and his close friend Barbara Young Ford. He is survived by: his uncle Charles Evans of Detroit; his nephew Dr. Carl Mumpower (Lisa) of Asheville; his nieces, Linda Humphries (George) of Barnardsville and Kimberly Tingle (Bill) of Charlotte; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristen, Matt Mumpower, Katie, Sean, Weston Humphries, Will and Sara Tingle.
