She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Dean; her grandchildren, Cody Thomas (Kelci), Kimberly Gragg (Gracen) and Katlyn Silvers; her sister-in-law May Beleen Barnett; her daughter-in-law Nicole Robinson; and her siblings, David Cassida (Linda) of Valdese, Donald Cassida (Elizabeth) of Double Island, Charles Cassida (Beverly) of Pleasant Gap and Linda Stone (Johnny) of Georgia.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Yancey Funeral Services (378 Charlie Brown Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
