Max Metcalf Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Max Metcalf of Burnsville, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Metcalf and Bertha Whittemore Metcalf; and his brothers, John Alden Metcalf and Ray Metcalf. He is survived by: his sister Louise Metcalf of Burnsville; and his children, Kathy M. Courtney (Robert) of Marshall, Lisa M. Robinson (Danny) of Marion, John Max Metcalf of Marion and Thomas Carl Metcalf of Asheville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 22 great–grandchildren and 1 great–great grandson.

Memorials may be made to either Cane River Baptist Church, the American Diabetes Association or St. Jude's Hospital.
