He is survived by: his brother Grading; his wife Jeanette Bailey Fox; his children, Amy Fox Johnson (Shane) of Burnsville and Max Fox II (Crystal) of Burnsville; his grandchildren, Bailey Johnson, Brinley Fox and Brystal Fox; his siblings, Bill Fox of Burnsville and Linda Penland of Angier; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Bailey (Ann) of Easley, SC, Ronnie Bailey (Shirley) of Lewisville and Richard Bailey (Judy) of Matthews. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
