He is survived by: his daughters, Erica King and Amanda King; his grandchildren, Skyler, Shane, Daniel, Malachi, Ariel, Josh, Bella and Aurora; his sister-in-law Mary Ingle (Bill); and his nephews, Steven and Chris.
