It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linzey Glen McMahan of Burnsville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Yates and Lura Buchanan McMahan; and his brothers, Norris McMahan and Yates McMahan. He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Robinson McMahan; his children, Galen McMahan (Tammy), Chris McMahan (Glenna) and Alicia Jo McMahan of Newdale; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Samantha, Kristen, Zack, Drew, Samuel and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Owen, Natalie and Ellis; his siblings, Sheila Hanies (Donnie) of Maryland, Judy McMahan of Burnsville, Rev. Stanley McMahan (Betty) of Newdale and Jimmy McMahan (Connie) of Newdale; his sister-in-law Jane Robinson of Newton; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
