She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Edwards and Laura Riddle Wilson; and her husband Dennis "Denny" Fortner. She is survived by: her children, John Fortner (Donna) and Dennise Nicole "Nikki" Loftis (Matt); her grandchildren, Cherith Loftis Murdock (Levi), Chaleigh Loftis, Caydeigh Loftis, Camille Loftis, Allie Fortner Phillips (Daniel), Elizabeth Fortner, Jeremiah Fortner and Joshua Fortner; her great grandchildren, Kayden Mitchell Murdock, Cowen Levi Murdock, Lori Kaye Phillips and Cora Laine Murdock; and her siblings, Howard Arnold (Michelle), Glenn Edwards (Rita), Kevin Edwards (Sherry) and Tammy Hall (Ronnie).
