She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margaret Putman Stockton of Beans Creek and Wesley Miller; her husband Martin Peterson; her sons, Justin Peterson (Julie) of Horton Hill and Manuel Peterson (Tonia) of Micaville; her grandson Dalton; her brothers, Kevin Miller (Cindy) of South Carolina and Keith Miller (Tammy) of Beans Creek; her mother-in-law Linda Peterson of Poplar; her siblings-in-law, Venita Honeycutt (Dan) of Poplar and Randy Peterson (Anita) of Poplar; and her pet Taz.
