He is survived by: his mother Sadie Self Dubois of Bakers Creek; his siblings, Mark Haney (Tina), Melanie Ballew (James) and Michelle Lee; his cousins, Jeff Webb, Christy Self and Donna Self; his nieces and nephews, Haley Horney, Bethany Ballew, Marisa McEntyre, Rory Jo McCool, Ethan Ballew and Jerry Haney; his friends, Linda Brackins and Victoria Murphy; his granddaughters, Harmony Murphy and Melody Cantrell; and his aunt Lois Webb.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Autrey Cemetery (32 S Estatoe Baptist Church Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714).
