Janet McCurry Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet McCurry of Burnsville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Glenn Wilson, Sr. and Ellen Mae Parton Wilson; her husband Jerry McCurry; and her siblings, Susan Wilson Case, Ronnie Edward Wilson and Robert Glenn Wilson, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Heather Hall (Robert) of Spruce Pine, Shawn McCurry of Burnsville and Jerilynn McCurry (Gary) of Burnsville; her granddaughters, Jessica and Sarah Hall; and her siblings, Bill Wilson of Marion, Harold Wilson of Asheville and Nancy Waldron (Ray). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
