He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ollis and Betty Lee Dale Ollis; and his grandparents, John, Della Dale and JoAnn Eldridge.

He is survived by: his brother Dallas Ollis (Christy) of Burnsville; his nieces, Lee Ann Wynn, Christina Calloway (Shian), Deborah Houston (Bob) and Laura Burkhalter; his nephew Nathan Burkhalter (Morgan); his great-niece Michaela Calloway; and his great-nephews, McKinley Houston, Michael Dallas Calloway and Lucas Houston. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
