He is survived by: his sister Patty Chrisawn (David); his children, Jonathan (Kristy), Katie and Matthew; his stepson James Pate (Jamie); his nieces and nephews, April, Adam, Payton and Sophie; his grandchildren, Ava, Olivia and Dayton; his fiancée Sheila Jarrett White; and his fiancée's daughter Dena Hoilman.
