He is survived by: his wife Trina; his daughters, Casey and Caitlyn; his stepchildren, Christopher and Megan; his parents, Gene King and Judy King; his sisters, Heather Reed (Ed) and Ruth Reed (David); and his pets, Daisy and Annabelle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends.
