It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Wayne Bennett (Burnsville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harl Bennett and Nora Peterson Bennett; his wife Wanda Gail Bennett; and his brother Kenneth Bennett. He is survived by: his son Rodney Bennett (Lori) of Green Mountain; his stepgrandson Jared Pittman of Chapel Hill; and his brother Lee Bennett (Ann) of Erwin, TN.
