She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Isaacs and Ruth Clark Isaacs; and her daughter Misti Tucker Stout. She is survived by: her children, Joe Tucker and Tira Adelman; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wise, Santana Lanford, Garrett and Bryant Adelman; her great grandchildren, Bradley Lanford and Arlin Wise; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Gary Belk; and her children-in-law, Michelle Tucker and Jerry Stout.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Gail's name to the Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation, PO Box 129, 2050 Blowing Rock Highway, Linville, NC 28646.
