With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Farrell Nanney (Burnsville, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Marie Davis Nanney; and his siblings, Harold Nanney and Opal Ballew. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Nanney (Joey Prewitt), Sherry Nanney (Rick Saunders), Marlene Taylor (David) and Darlene Buchanan (Robert); and his siblings, Terrell Nanney (Cindy), Darrell Nanney, Ray Nanney, Ralph Nanney (Nancy), Dana Murphy, Carolyn Byrd (Brownie) and Marilyn Nanney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
