He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Autrey and Bonnie Gouge Autrey; and his siblings, Leland Autrey, Ranis Autrey, Randy Autrey, Lewis Autrey, Augusta Branch and Sadie Autrey.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Dale Autrey; his sons, David Autrey (Sherri) of Burnsville, NC, Chris Autrey (Kristie) of Green Mountain, NC, Jeff Autrey (Linda) of Unicoi, TN, Steve Autrey (Marcy) of Mooresville, NC and Charlie Autrey (Becky) of Burnsville, NC; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Autrey and Dean Branch; and his close friend Mitchell Westall (Mickey). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great- grandchildren.
