She is survived by: her children, Donna Gouge (Richard) of Fork Mountain, Sondra Hughes (Jeff Banks) of Weaverville and Daniel Hughes (Joni) of Bald Mountain; her son-in-law David Garland (Sandy); her grandchildren, Michelle Winegar (Nate), Paul Garland (Mikayla), Mikayla Beysher (Austin) and Avery McMahan; her great grandchildren, Brody, Hudson, Owen Winegar, Dawsyn and Kallen Garland; and her brother Richard Greene of Spruce Pine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
