She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Holler and Sarah Weaver Holler; her husband William Vernon Goolsby; and her siblings, Edith Melton, Lena Little, Pearl Hensley, Charlie and Russell Hollar.
She is survived by: her daughter Alisa Ballard (Greg); her granddaughter Jayme Vernon (Cas) of Beech Mountain; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Gallop, Caitlin Vernon, Haleigh Vernon and Hannah Vernon. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
