With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allison Tipton (Burnsville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tipton and Martha Fender Tipton; and his siblings, Richard, Larry Tipton and Evelyn Conrad.
He is survived by: his wife Danah Burton Tipton; his daughters, Wendy Stevenson (Les) of Weaverville and Susie Tipton of Burnsville; his brother Rev. Chris Tipton (Telena) of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Mandy Rumfelt (Wayne), Joe Metts (Sara) of Chicago, IL, Colby Harris (Brittany) of Burnsville, Shea Fisher (Jarod) of Jonesborough, TN and Jessie Cantrell (Cody) of Burnsville; and his great grandchildren, Gabe, Hannah Beth, Sunnie and Sadie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren.
