He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wellons and Hazel Davis Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean McKinney Rainey; his children, Robin Johnson (Jason) and Tim Rainey (Allison); his sister Sarah Rainey; his cousin Dean Rainey; his grandchildren, Taylor Arnold (Dylan) and Austin Rainey; and his great grandchild Hayden Arnold. He is also survived by his family, his neighbors and a multitude of friends.
