He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dixon; his daughter Linda Dixon; his siblings, Terry Dixon of Graham and Sharon Dixon Doss (Tommy) of Graham; and his sister-in-law Anne Dixon of Chapel Hill. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
