He is survived by: his siblings, Dempsy Presnell and Ruth Allen; his son Jerry Edwards (Sharon); his grandchildren, Ian Presnell, Ronnie Satterfield, Brian Satterfield, Stacy Satterfield Turner, April Edwards Gerringer, Patrice Edwards Baker and Daniel Edwards; his great grandchildren, Emily Satterfield, Nicholas Satterfield, Jenny Edwards, James D. Edwards, III, Nicholas Edwards, Evan Gerringer, E. J. Gerringer, Kaylyn Baker, Oaklee Baker, Dylan Edwards and Kayleigh Edwards; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jordan Turner, Jackson Turner, Riley Turner, Meredith Satterfield and Chad Ward; and his grandson Liam Turner.
