He is survived by : his wife Cheryl English; his children, William Anthony "Tony" English, Jr. (Mary Leslie) and Courtney Leigh English Jovanovic (Dejan); and his grandchildren, William "Tripp" Anthony English III, Mason Thomas English and Holly Suzanne Skipper.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Guilford Memorial Gardens (6000 High Point Rd, Greensboro, NC 27407).
