He is survived by: his wife Wanda Torain Russell of Burlington, NC; his children, Troy Clay of Mebane, NC, Darnell Winstead (Culeasha) of Haw River, NC, Gheshia Yellock of Burlington, NC, Tracey Poteat of Burlington, NC and Latricia "Lynn" Winstead of Burlington; and his sisters, Annie Mae Anderson of Mebane, NC and Tessie Anderson of Mt. Pleasant, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
