He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca "Jane" Fowler; and his brothers, A. F. Fowler, III and Hoyt Fowler. He is survived by: his son Waite Tyrone "Ty" Fowler, Jr. (Tammy); his granddaughters, Morgan Fowler of Wilmington and Meredith Fowler of Burlington; and his sister Rebecca Wade (Glen) of Erwin, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Faith Community Church (1732 W Davis St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
